Run /insights in Claude Code and get a detailed HTML report analyzing how you’ve been using it over the past 30 days.

What You Get

Claude reads your local session history (nothing leaves your machine) and generates an interactive report covering:

• What’s working — your effective patterns and impactful accomplishments
• What’s slowing you down — friction points, both Claude’s fault and yours
• Quick wins — specific features or techniques you aren’t using yet

The report also surfaces subagent names, slash commands, and workflow patterns tailored to the projects you’ve actually been working on.

When to Run It

Pair /insights with updating your CLAUDE.md — if the report flags a recurring mistake or missed technique, add a rule so Claude catches it next time.
